Day 1 We’re off with your friendly Seniortours escort along to add to the festive Holiday spirit on board the deluxe motorcoach. During our ride northward, we’ll host complimentary cocktails, snacks, beverages, fun and games. After lunch en route (on our own), we’ll prepare for our afternoon arrival at the Lake Morey Resort. The resort is nestled in the Vermont hills above the Connecticut River, where the natural beauty immediately draws you in. This 100 year-old resort offers an exceedingly high level of hospitality and will make you glad to have chosen this historic and chic resort as the place to ring in the New Year. Upon arrival we’ll be greeted with a welcome reception and orientation to the resort. If you wish to stretch your legs, step outside for a brisk walk on the snow-covered trails, take a swim in the indoor pool or relax in the steaming saunas. Dinner is served in the Main Dining Room that affords breathtaking views of the surroundings. The Executive Chef prides himself in using the freshest, local ingredients for his creative new American cuisine. After dinner you may visit the Steamboat Lounge for a nightcap and light entertainment. B

Day 2: Start your day with a relaxing buffet breakfast served at the resort. The morning is yours to relax, go for a sleigh ride, or enjoy the many amenities of the Lake Morey Resort (a sleigh ride is included in your tour package). Late morning, board the coach and travel a short distance to King Arthur Flour, America’s oldest flour company, founded in 1790. Your visit features an opportunity to watch the bakers at work in the state-of-the art bakery. Have lunch on your own at the Bakery Café, or indulge in a fresh-baked pastry or warm slice of brick-oven bread. Next, we travel to the renowned Farmway Store. Family owned and operated, the store is “located in a mill, not a mall” and it’s amazing! Later, we return to the Resort for time to relax, refresh and change into our “party clothes” for tonight’s grand celebration. Kick off the evening with cocktail party featuring a grand hors d’oeuvre display and cash bar. A lavish dinner buffet follows. Then get ready to kick up your heels and don your party hats, as the band tunes up to dance you into the New Year. Toast the New Year with a complimentary glass of champagne. A midnight snack buffet follows the traditional singing of “Auld Lang Syne.” After all of the fun and celebration, it’s time to call it a day-----Happy New Year! B, D, midnight snack

Day 3: After all of the late-night revelries, you deserve a relaxing start to the New Year. For early risers, there is coffee and pastries in the lobby. Then, from 9:00 am until noon, feast on a grand brunch buffet that includes all of your favorites and more! Enjoy the day at the Resort. Watch the Rose Bowl Parade, take in some football, take a dip in the pool, or go for a brisk walk and watch for winter birds and other wildlife. This afternoon, if you wish, you may join us for a trip to the nearby Billings Farm, with a photo-stop at Queechee Gorge, “Vermont’s Little Grand Canyon”. Tonight, a casual Soup, Salad & Sandwich buffet will be served in the Lounge. Football fans won’t have to miss a minute of the game while having dinner. Brunch, D

Day 4: A hearty, farewell breakfast buffet prepares you for the trip home. After breakfast there will be time to take some photos before you pack your luggage and check out of the Resort. More fun, games and free beverages and snacks as we head southward, with our arrival back home scheduled for early evening (depending on drop-off location). B
