Day 1: We’ll cross the scenic hills of Pennsylvania en route to our overnight lodging in quaint Zanesville, OH. D

Day 2: Over the “Mighty Mississippi” to our comfortable Drury Inn & Suites. Enjoy an all-you-care-to-eat lunch buffet, plus Drury’s famous “kickback” happy hour, which includes free cocktails and an assortment of delicious light fare. B, L, kD

Day 3: Today we motor through Kansas, with a lunch stop in Kansas City, followed by a visit to Harry Truman’s boyhood home in Independence. Tonight’s very special dinner is served at the Brookville Hotel, a landmark in Abilene for over a century, and recipient of the prestigious James Beard American Classic Award. B, D

Days 4—6: (Passengers who wish to FLY & RIDE should schedule flights into Colorado Springs on Day 4)Welcome to Colorado Springs! Our home for the next 2 nights is the all-new Drury Inn & Suites, Colorado Springs’ #1-rated hotel! Our stay here will include visits to the Air Force Academy, the million-years-old rock formations of Garden of the Gods, and of course the incomparable Pikes Peak Cog Railway, the highest railway in N. America—3 terrific scenic days! 3B, 3L, 3kD

Days 7, 8: Casino excitement awaits! Nestled in the foothills of the Rockies, The AAA 4-Diamond Ameristar Resort & Casino offers spectacular, luxurious accommodations, a full-service spa, rooftop pool, and an expansive gaming area with a wide assortment of table games, slots, and more. While in the Black Hawk area, we’ll tour “Mile High” Denver with an expert local guide, visit the Buffalo Bill gravesite, Red Rocks Ampitheatre, and go behind-the-scenes of the Coors Brewery in Golden, CO. 2B, 2D

Days 9—11: (Passengers who wish to FLY & RIDE should schedule flights departing Cheyenne on Day 11) We’ll spend 3 incredible nights at Cheyenne’s award-winning Little America Resort. Indulge in all of the resort’s amenities, including heated outdoor pool, golf course, fitness center, lounge, and more. Enjoy daily breakfast and dinner at your leisure in the resort’s elegant dining room. During our stay in Cheyenne, we’ll experience the excitement of Cheyenne Frontier Days — the top festival in America, and number one rodeo in the world 15 times by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. Not just the world’s largest rodeo, Frontier Days is a celebration of the beauty and resilience of the American spirit, and a showcase for Native American handicrafts, antique and classic cars, professional bull riding and more. We’ll enjoy today’s parade and then head to Frontier Park — the center of the action — to check out all the fun and events. We’ll take a short trip back to the resort to relax and unwind, then get right back to the action for a star-studded concert at the festival’s main stage. 3B, 3D

Day 12: Farewell, Cheyenne! Time to strike it rich at our overnight casino hotel in Council Bluffs. Enjoy dinner tonight at the casino resort at your leisure. B,D

Day 13: Today find us in the area of surprisingly cosmopolitan Des Moines, IA. We’ll enjoy a tour of President Herbert Hoover’s nearby childhood home and birthplace. Hoover was the first president born west of the Mississippi River! Tonight we’ll enjoy more casino excitement—or , for our non-gamers, a relaxing luxurious night—at Bettendorf, IA’s Isle of Capri Resort. B,D

Days 14, 15: homeward bound —but the fun’s not over yet! We’ll stop in Steetsboro, OH before heading home the following day. Don’t miss a beautiful sunset on the Mississippi! 2B,D
